Job Description

Join DigitalMint as a Backend Engineer writing Golang software and automating dev-ops. As a member of a small engineering team, you will have a big impact on production systems in a low-overhead environment at a growing company. You should be used to improving the quality of software while getting things done. Our engineering team works remotely most of the time, but we still work together closely with eachother when needed by using video calls and screen sharing in addition to asynchronous communication.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a variety of financial systems software working with open source software
• Write application software in Golang that interacts with PostgreSQL
• Configuration Management for GCP and K8s with Pulumi
• Establish automated monitoring and alerting systems

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience writing production software in Golang
• Experience testing Golang software and applying other best practices
• Experience with dev-ops and configuration management
• Nice to have: Experience working in a regulatory (SOC 2) environment.
