DigitalMint is seeking an English and Spanish speaking Customer Support Associate to assist and teach our customers about cryptocurrency. You will be answering customer phone calls, emails and chats, while managing your workflow on our helpdesk system. In this role you will also act as a liaison between the DigitalMint development team and our business partners. In addition to these core activities, you’ll also be responsible for interacting with and assist our Spanish speaking partners and customers. So Spanish fluency is a MUST! This role is a fit for you if you love speaking with passionate cryptocurrency enthusiasts and helping customers with their purchases.
