Job Description

DigitalMint is looking for an experienced Customer Support Lead to manage our growing support team with an emphasis on mentoring and growing talent as the business continues to grow and scale. In this role, you will guide a team of customer support associates assisting our partner locations selling Bitcoin and our end customers purchasing Bitcoin. You will act as the department head, collaborating with business development and technical teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. We are looking for an excellent leader who can also provide a strategic vision, optimize the support organization, and ensure the customer experience. Our ideal candidate is an experienced inbound and outbound call center manager that can manage and scale a team effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
