Job Description

DigitalMint is looking for an ambitious intern to serve as a part-time Accountant/Bookkeeper to provide support to its accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks.

This role offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day functions of accounting and month-end closing processes. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in accounting and seeking real-world experience.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger coding
• Financial transactions and bank uploads
• Bank reconciliations
• Month-end close
• Accounts payable processing and reporting
• Ad hoc projects
• Other tasks as assigned

Prior Experience

• Degree or ongoing education in accounting or a related field required
• Experience with accounting software (particularly Bill.com) preferred

This is a paid position. DigitalMint will work with candidates to determine a suitable schedule to accommodate intern coursework.
