Job Description
DigitalMint is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing company. You will use your knowledge and skills to turn our data into insight.
What You’ll Do
- Build out the OKR framework for the business
- Define the KPIs for the various departments (compliance, marketing)
- Maintain, evolve, and document our data governance
- Build financial models based upon our customer and marketing data
- Calculate ROI on various business investments and objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of prior data analytics or business intelligence experience.
- Experience with data visualization software (i.e Tableau, Metabase)
- Fluency with relational data - experience working with R, Python or SQL
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop/execute corresponding objectives
- Strong verbal and written communications, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Ability to communicate situations to technical and non-technical audiences and senior management
