Job Description

DigitalMint is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist and teach our customers about cryptocurrency. You will be answering customer phone calls, emails, and chats, while managing your workflow on our helpdesk system. In this role you will also act as a liaison between the DigitalMint development team and our business operators. YOU are the reason our businesses and customers choose DigitalMint again and again! This role is a fit for you if you love speaking with passionate cryptocurrency enthusiasts and helping customers with their purchases.
