Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Technician for DigitalMint, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment of features to our various systems. You will work regularly with engineers to ensure that business stakeholders’ requirements are sufficiently delivered. You will maintain and improve DigitalMint’s commitment to quality engineering processes. This is a unique opportunity to have a high impact at a rapidly growing business in the financial technology industry.

What You’ll Do

• Own, organize, & track business initiatives from company management & stakeholders
• Be the primary quality assurance technician for the engineering department
• Ensure a high level of software quality & customer experience
• Document and track issues in our ticket management system
• Develop a QA playbook for our various products and testing scenarios

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience in software quality assurance
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• An analytical approach to problem solving
• A basic knowledge of scripting/programming to assist in your role is a big plus
• Willingness to assume multiple roles and responsibilities and perform various business functions
• Interest in bitcoin, blockchain technology, and digital currencies
